"Reliable delivery, just ran a little late"
I ordered a bench from selectfitness.com, and overall the delivery felt dependable to me. I got the tracking email quickly, and it actually kept updating, which I always appreciate because it saves me from guessing where the package is.
The bench did arrive on the day they promised, although it showed up later in the afternoon than I personally expected. The box had a few scuffs and marks on it, so I was a little nervous at first, but everything inside was fine and undamaged.
In my experience, it wasn’t a flawless delivery, but it did what mattered most: it arrived when they said it would. I’d probably order from them again, especially since the tracking was clear and the item got here safely.

"Easy warranty help without any hassle"
I had a part start acting up after a few months, so I reached out to selectfitness.com about the warranty. They replied quickly and handled it without turning it into some huge back-and-forth thing. It did take a few days to get everything sorted, but it was way easier than I expected. I’d order from them again... nice when a company just takes care of it.

"Support was alright, just slower than I expected"
I ordered from selectfitness.com and the product itself arrived without any issues. The only downside was the after-sale support. I’ve dealt with a few fitness equipment sites before where follow-up questions were answered quickly, so I probably expected the same here. They did eventually get back to me and sorted out my question, but I had to chase a bit more than I would’ve liked. Overall, not a bad experience, just not especially impressive either.

"Really helpful with the install"
I had a good experience with selectfitness.com getting my equipment installed. I wasn’t totally sure how this whole setup was supposed to go and had a couple basic questions, but their support team was patient and explained that stuff in a way that actually made sense.
The installer showed up on time, seemed to really know what he was doing, and checked that everything was working before he left. it made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful than I expected.

"Easy checkout, just a little slow at payment"
I ordered a few fitness items from selectfitness.com and the checkout process was straightforward. The cart updated properly, and adding my delivery details didn’t take much effort at all.

The only part that threw me off was the payment page taking a bit longer to load. For a moment I wasn’t totally sure if the order had actually gone through, but the confirmation email arrived about a minute later.

I ordered from Selectfitness, the delivery scheduling has been such a headache. They gave me a delivery date, so I took time off work to be home, and then they changed it at the last minute. The selection was limited, and a lot of basic items I thought would obviously be there were missing. Some categories felt almost empty. I ordered a few fitness things from selectfitness.com, it was just nice that everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The sizes were right, the colors matched, the quantities were correct, no weird swaps or missing items, which I always half-expect with online orders for some reason.
The box also had a basic packing slip in it, so I could check everything quickly. I was unpacking it while doing other stuff, but yeah, nothing surprising happened, which is kind of the point. They got my order right, and that was all I really needed.
